Frequently Asked Questions
According to Wikipedia, “an escape room is a physical adventure game in which players are ‘locked’ in a themed room and have to use elements of the room to solve a series of puzzles and escape within a set time limit.” (There are over 6,000 escape rooms in the world, and we barely get a page on Wikipedia. While something like “Animals with Diplomas” get’s almost three pages! Hardly seems fair.)
It’s about as scary as the film “Nightmare Before Christmas.” In other words no, not really. There are no jump scares or gory effects. Though, like “Nightmare,” it does use spooky thematic elements. These elements contribute to the setting, mysteries and humor.
The game is appropriate for children (see “Can Kids Attend?” below).
Trigger warnings: Ghosts, Magic (of the card trick variety), Tarot Cards.

Of course! You may purchase up to twelve tickets at once. You and your friends can also purchase tickets individually once the room has met it’s minimum (of four players). However, there is a chance of another group booking tickets while your friends are being indecisive. So we suggest purchasing tickets together in a timely manner.
To reschedule your reservation please contact us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled game. We will not be able to reschedule your reservation after that time.
We appreciate you arriving 15 minutes prior to your start time. Your game will start promptly and you will need the full 60 minutes to play.
DO NOT BE LATE. If if you arrive late your ticket will not be refunded or rescheduled.
Wearing comfortable clothes with layers and sensible shoes is best.
The game is recommended for ages 10 and up. Children 16 years and younger must be accompanied by an adult. If you’re interested in having children younger than 10 attend, please contact us to book a private room. Anyone under the age of 18 must have a liability release waiver signed by their parent or legal guardian.
We do book our rooms to capacity. It’s a lot of fun to meet new people and work with others. However, if you would still like to book a private room contact us for special discount rates.
In The Room

No, cell phone use is strictly prohibited during the game. We do provide free lockers inside the room where you can store your belongings.
“Midnight on the Bayou” is currently set to 12 people. You may fit more people in there but enjoyment of the game would be lessened. Please contact us with any questions you may have.

No alcohol, regular drinks, or food is allowed.
