Fun Things to do in Buena Park
Just southwest of Brea is the city of Buena Park, home of the well-known Knott’s Berry Farm Amusement Park with it’s Ghost Town, Camp Snoopy and thrill rides. Red Lantern is a quick 15 minutes away if you need a break from all the activities.
Eateries Worth Note Are:
Mrs. Knott’s Chicken Dinner Restaurant opened in 1934 with Mrs. Knott and her family serving fried chicken and boysenberry pie. It has expanded greatly since then but the same recipes are still used. Try the cherry rhubarb side.
Porto’s Bakery & Café has a huge selection of pastries and sandwiches. You may have to wait in line but it’s worth it.
